Climax pre-selected to represent France at Oscars 2019

According to Elsa Keslassy on Twitter, journalist at Variety, Climax has been pre-selected to represent France for the Oscars in the "foreign-language" category.

Another Tweet, from Fabien Lemercier says the list of movie to represent France includes 5 movies among which : La Douleur (Emmanuel Finkiel), Custody (Xavier Legrand), Mademoiselle de Joncquières (Emmanuel Mouret), Les Quatres Sœurs (Claude Lanzmann).

According to the same Fabien Lemercier, the film selected to represent France will be known on 21st September, when the movie will also be released in UK.
